The Process Engineering Division (P-Division) of GEA is a world leader in liquid and solids processing technologies. At its heart are Niro A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark, Niro Inc. in Columbia, Maryland, USA, Tuchenhagen Dairy Systems GmbH and Tuchenhagen Brewery Systems GmbH in Büchen, Germany. The P-Division also includes Niro Pharma Systems (NPS), a group of companies specializing in the design and supply of equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. In total the Division employs 3900 people in 50 countries.

Particulates and solids processing: agglomeration, cooling, de-dusting, granulation, tablet coating and pressing.
